We endeavor to dispatch all orders the next day if an order is placed before midday. Typically our courier service will deliver the day of dispatch for all metro orders. If you have any concerns, please call our customer service team for more information on (02) 9697 2499.

We currently offer free delivery to Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne metro areas for orders over $400.

We offer free delivery to ACT,  Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne Outer Metro areas for orders of $600. 

Any location outside of these delivery areas will be provided with a freight quote upon submitting an order request. Once you have received your freight quote based on your specific location, you will be able to finalize your order.

For change of mind, we will offer you a credit within 7 days of receipt of goods. You will be responsible for shipping the goods back to our closest warehouse.

If stock has been damaged, we will replace it free of charge. We will need to see proof of the damage.
